SAV Institute is a leadership and operations consulting firm headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. We serve healthcare organizations, enterprises, and government agencies that need more than advice — they need partners who understand the weight of real decisions.
Our consultants bring decades of direct operational and leadership experience. We have led organizations through crisis, growth, restructuring, and transformation. That experience is the foundation of everything we do.

Founder & Principal Consultant
SAV Institute is built on the experience of its founder: 23 years leading in the military, followed by 26 years of entrepreneurial experience founding and operating a global company, responsible for every facet of the business.
That experience spans business development, accounting, operations, HR, project management, procurement, healthcare facilities management and initial outfitting, and logistics. Along the way, Bede developed a family of partner companies focused on HR, safety, safety technology, and medical workflow optimization.
Clients work directly with the founder. There is no handoff to a junior team.
And just for fun: Bede is the published author of two children's books.
